How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-4 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count! REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping, and delivery. In case of damage or loss during delivery we will send out a new product as soon as possible. We want you to be happy)

How can I return/exchange my order?

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.

Custom and personalized orders

Any of our products can be personalized by adding the name or initials to the product.

UPDATE: seller reached out right away to offer refund so adding another star. Good customer service. —————— such poor quality stickers!! the stickers do not peel off from the paper easily. some of the designs rip and are unusable when you take them off because the cutouts are not properly done and the sticker paper used is so thin and flimsy. i was going to say that the designs are pretty BUT come to find out there were from the canva app. thought they were original content. i could have printed these myself vs paying $7 a page. what a rip off!!!!
