What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

ModernMaddsCo is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen–all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we send an item to production it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to deliver the item–please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund me the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your oder. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean and do not iron directly on the design. All mugs are not dishwasher safe and we recommend gentle handwashing for best long-term care.

All colors and a detailed sizing chart are available in each listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. However, we cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time. We do our best to work on getting you exactly what you need but unfortunately have no control over shipping.

✨CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS

ARTWORK POLICY: Please carefully review your artwork before submitting your order. The file submitted at checkout will be considered your FINAL artwork and will be used for production. Due to our quick turnaround times, artwork changes sent through Etsy messages after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and wait for confirmation that the change can be accommodated.

Simple Work Best: Super fine details may not transfer well; bold and clean designs yield the best results.

This is the second time that I have ordered these coffee mugs as a gift for a new barbershop owner. The customers really like the vintage look and they are of good quality. If a business chooses to give these away as gifts, just remember they are handwash only. Most customers won't mind. I highly recommend this seller.

These were a gift for a new barber shop and customers have really been impressed by the design. Keep in mind that they are to be hand washed but customers do not seem to think thats a problem. I highly recommend this company.
