Are Your Maps Original or Reproductions?

Many of my maps are originals that were found in old books or travel brochures, etc. Any listings for reproduced maps will say that they are "prints" and/or mention being digitally scanned/reproduced in the item description.

What If My Package is Delayed During Shipping?

I am not responsible for items delayed by the post office. Once items are with a shipping carrier, delays due to bad weather/holiday rush/etc. are out of my control and shipping will not be refunded in those instances.

Can I cancel a custom order after designing has occurred?

Yes you can, however, when a buyer cancels an order after a design proof has been shared with them, a refund will be less a $5 design fee. This covers the cost of the seller's time that was spent creating a design before the order was cancelled. Cancellations made before a design has been provided will always be refunded 100%.

Do I see a custom design before it is created?

Yes! Unless the buyer requests otherwise, all custom and personalized order designs are shared with the buyer for final approval before creation of the item takes place.
