What materials do you use for your paintings?

We use premium double-sided adhesive (DSA) and acrylic drills because they offer the best balance of quality, clarity, and affordability for our sparkle squad. Our DSA is carefully applied for smooth, even stick across the whole canvas—no glue overflow, no tacky edges—just clean, crisp placement perfect for detailed designs. Acrylic drills are lightweight, vibrant, and wonderfully consistent, giving your finished piece bright, steady shine without adding extra weight to the canvas. Together, they create a reliable, polished result while keeping our kits accessible for every crafter. 💎✨

Why does my canvas look pixelated? How do I flatten or care for my canvas?

Diamond paintings are made from tiny gems, so detailed artwork may look pixelated up close—totally normal! We include mockups to show approximate clarity, but they aren’t a perfect 1:1 recreation since the final result depends on canvas size and gem count. Larger sizes always reduce pixelation and sharpen the overall image. To flatten your canvas, simply unroll it and let it relax, or place a few books on top. With our premium DSA, peel back only the section you’re working on to keep the adhesive smooth. And if you prefer Gemma’s method? She thumbtacks hers to the craft room door for a couple of days—works like a charm and makes her feel important. 💎🦊✨

What comes in your diamond painting kits?

Each kit includes everything you need to start sparkling! You’ll receive a premium DSA canvas, acrylic drills labeled with DMC numbers, and a reference sheet with the artwork and full color chart (also printed on the canvas). The number of colors varies by design—our largest kits use up to 36 colors for extra depth and detail. Your toolkit includes a tray, pens, and wax, though tool styles may vary slightly based on availability. Want to upgrade your sparkle setup? Where does your artwork come from?

All of our designs are created with love and sparkle! 💎✨ We use a mix of original in-house artwork (hand-drawn digitally, sometimes with the help of AI as part of our creative tools), public domain and licensed stock images, and officially licensed designs from independent artists. We take great care to ensure every image is legally sourced and properly licensed before it becomes a diamond painting. We’re also expanding our artist collaborations and hope to feature even more creators in 2026—Gemma can’t wait to welcome them into the sparkle squad! 🦊

How long does shipping take? Do you ship worldwide?

All of our diamond painting kits are printed on demand for the best quality sparkle! Production takes about 5 days, and economy sea/air shipping now averages around 20 days depending on your location. We also cover all tariffs and customs fees for you, so your package clears without surprise charges. Most orders arrive in about 25 days total, and I’ll keep you updated if anything shifts. Faster shipping is available for an additional cost. At this time, we’re unable to ship to the EU, but we can ship to the UK and the rest of the world with no issues. 💎✨

What is your return/cancellation policy?

I want you to love your purchase! 💜 Here’s how returns and cancellations work: Cancellations: • Regular orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. • Custom or personalized orders may be canceled within 1 hour due to their fast production timeline. Creating a custom diamond painting is pure sparkle magic! Choose the canvas size that fits your photo: • 1 person: 16x20 • 2 people: 20x28 • 3+ people: 40x60 Bigger sizes always give sharper detail—especially for faces, which need more “gem room” to shine. After checkout, send me a bright, high-resolution photo. I’ll create a mockup for approval (Gemma loves this part), and once you say yes, production begins on your one-of-a-kind kit.
