This was my second purchase, I needed to add a pet I recently lost and the second one turned out just as beautiful as the first one. From the second i ordered it, communication is above and beyond. The necklace arrived in a beautiful box and it is exactly as i expected it to look. Anyone wanting something simple and beautiful to commemorate a special fur kid (or several), I would highly recommend this necklace. I take awful photos, and mine doesn’t do this necklace justice. It’s absolutely beautiful

My sister's cat was diagnosed with brain cancer some months ago, and despite radiation therapy, he continued to decline. My sister made the impossible decision to have him euthanized last Sunday. I ordered this necklace prior to her euthanasia appointment and the delivery estimation dates said that it could potentially be delivered BEFORE her cat was put down. I reached out to the shop owner and asked if shipping could be partially delayed, to avoid the necklace being delivered before her cat had passed away. The shop owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating of my request. Upon delivery, my sister reached out to me and said: "I love this so so so much. I cried when I opened it. It's so so special and perfect, especially since I could wear it daily. It came in a wooden gift box, it was really sweet. I sobbed."
