To access your digital files from your account: 𝟏. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser and go to Your Account. 𝟐. Go to Purchases and reviews. (etsy.com/your/purchases) 𝟑. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. ➤ For mobile devices, press the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. Etsy will also send you an email to download your files. It should be from transaction@etsy.com ⚠️ Etsy App: You can't download digital purchases from Etsy through the Etsy App. To download a digital file through mobile, you must sign into Etsy.com on your mobile browser (Safari, etc.)

➤ How can I download digital files as a guest/No Etsy account

If you checked out with a Guest checkout, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was automatically sent to you after purchase. Please check your Spam and Junk folders if you cannot find your email. For printing vintage digital prints, we recommend using a heavy weight, matte, or lightly textured fine art paper for a classic and timeless look. Some recommended fine art papers are: ◆ Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta ◆ Epson Exhibition Fiber ◆ Moab Entrada Rag Natural Note: We also recommend to test the paper with your printer and perform a color calibration for the best possible print quality.
