Unisex sizing – similar to men's sizes, so it might be a bit larger than standard women's sizes. If you prefer a more oversized look, consider sizing up. Please check the size chart before purchasing. Make sure you choose the size right! We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes, because everything is made to order. Washing Machine wash according to instructions on care label. We therefore recommend all embroidered articles to be washed with mild detergents. Bot of the above apply in particular to embroidered items that are washed for the first time. It is most important to thoroughly rinse the embroidery before wringing or dry spinning. Embroidered clothing should never be left lying in a damp or wet pile. Irroning We embroider with luxury professional thread from a German brand Gunold, which is made from 100% polyester. It can melt due to the iron’s hot temperature. The embroidery can be ironed with a steam iron to make it smooth but it is necessary to use another fabric between the iron and the embroidery.

Which Brand do you use for your products?

We use brand Gildan 18000 Unisex Heavyblend Sweatshirt as our blanks. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or smartphone monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Do you accept returns?

As a very small business and due to each item being made to order, we cannot offer returns/exchange. All sales are final. Please make sure you order your size accordingly and read the description of the sweatshirt. It’s your responsibility to read and make sure you know what you are ordering before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding. If there’s ever a questions with an order please reach out and we will do my best to help!

The embroidery size is approximately 3.8 × 2.8 inches (96 × 71 mm).

We use Gildan garments as blanks. Sweatshirts and hoodies are made from 50% cotton / 50% polyester with a fleece interior, while t-shirts are 100% cotton (the white version may be slightly see-through). All items have a classic unisex fit, which may run slightly oversized for women.

For care, turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid bleach or ironing directly on the embroidery.

All items are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. The embroidery includes a stabilizer backing, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
