All items are handmade with care, and each piece requires time to craft. Orders will be completed within the stated processing time and shipped before the processing due date. Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier and are beyond my control. Occasional delays may occur due to USPS or other carriers. 5. How to Carry the Strap/Lanyard and Wallet/Pouch

The strap + wallet set is designed to keep your hands free: • Carry your phone directly on the strap without removing it. • The wallet/pouch holds small essentials such as cards, cash, keys, and lipsticks (not your phone). • Attach one side of the lobster or S-shaped clasp to the strap buckle, and the other side to the wallet/pouch. This setup helps prevent drops and provides anti-theft convenience.

6. How to Attach the Phone Connector Tab Correctly

To ensure safe and proper use: 1) Insert the phone connector tab inside your phone case through the charging port opening. 2) Place your phone securely back into the case so it sits on top of the connector tab. 3) Attach the strap’s lobster hook to the connector ring. 💖 The strap is designed to work with full-coverage phone cases, not directly on your phone.
