Can i customise a design in your shop?

Of course! All of our designs are customisable, please send us a message and we will do whatever we can to help.

A size I would like is not listed. Is this possible?

The largest size we currently print is A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inches) however we can print any size below that. Please send us a message before ordering so we can quote appropriately

How do i send Images for a custom photo order?

Please send us your images either via the 'Message Seller' section (Etsy does only allow 3 images per message - if your design requires more images please send the rest separate) OR via email to prettilyprintedx@outlook.com quoting your order number.

Where is my Digital Download PDF?

Your PDF will be emailed to your email address (the one linked to your Etsy account!) Please make sure to check any junk/spam folders as they do sometimes hide in there :-)
