Since all of our products are made of natural stone, the product produced for you will be unique and one of a kind in the world.
Since all products are made of natural marble stone, they may show slight differences in patterns.
These minor differences are not a reason for return, exchange or transaction cancellation.
Please avoid cleaning the products you purchase with chemical cleaning products. Prefer natural cleaning products.
Mounting materials, taps and faucets are not included in the pricing.
All of our products are shipped to you in sturdy laminated wooden crates with the margins fully protected.
✈️Shipping Process and Information
Our products are sent to you as soon as possible (4-6 business days) by FedEx Express, the world's leading cargo company.
Once the products are finished, they are delivered to FedEx and a tracking number is given to the recipient. This way, you can easily check the exact location of your package.
We are here for your satisfaction, if there are any issues during transit just let us know, if the item arrives damaged just return it to FedEx and we will send you a replacement.
Since all of our products will be shipped quickly by plane, they are insured by the cargo company.
