How long does domestic shipping take?

For domestic orders (USA only), in general it can take 3-7 business days to reach a U.S. destination for standard mail. If delays occur, it will be noted in tracking, and no further action can be done by us or USPS staff. Please contact us if you see delays in tracking, and we will try to help as best we can. If you would like expedited shipping, please see our options at checkout, as we offer a few upgrades for faster shipping! Please note that Express Mail is "guaranteed" to take 1-3 days by USPS, or they will refund a *portion* of your shipping money back. We are happy to file claims on behalf of customers. "Guarantees" may *not* apply during holidays - please check USPS.com before upgrading to Express.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipments generally arrive in 2-4 weeks, depending on location. In rare cases, deliveries can take much longer due to processing-, customs-, and/or inspections-related delays outside of U.S. post offices. These delays are out of our control. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for these rare cases of delayed international deliveries and be aware of this possibility when ordering. It is advised not to expect the arrival of a package by a certain date because international transit times are generally unpredictable. We are not responsible for any international customs fee, import duties, VAT charge, or additional taxes that may apply.

What is your return policy?

All of our sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We assume no responsibility for the mishandling of our products after they've been delivered. Please be sure to read this FAQ section for our suggestions on jewelry/accessory care. Please Note: Colors may appear differently on various screens depending on the user's device. If you have any specific questions or concerns on color/product features (or any other aspect of the item, such as chain width, material composition, etc.), please contact us prior to purchase, as our sales are final. Buyer agrees to these terms when purchasing from us, thank you.

How long does it take before orders are shipped?

All orders are made/shipped within 1-3 business days (check individual listings for specific processing times) via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. After packages are accepted by USPS, transit times can vary, and are completely out of our control. We are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur by USPS.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Shipments will be made to the customer's listed Etsy shipping address, and it's the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address is complete/correct. We are *not* responsible if packages are undeliverable due to address errors. For packages marked "return to sender," buyers have either the option to get a refund on the product (minus the original shipping charge), or have the product resent for an additional fee. If buyers request a refund, the package must first be received by us and marked "delivered" to our address by USPS tracking. We'll always work with you to find a solution!

What if my package was marked "delivered," but I never got it?

Please give USPS a few days to catch up on packages potentially prematurely marked "delivered." Packages usually show up within 4-5 days. At this time, we are unable to replace packages marked "delivered" in tracking, especially if possibly lost/stolen. For extra protection, please purchase shipping insurance (available at checkout) if mail theft or misplacement has occurred often in your area. Insurance covers losses/damages/theft, but not losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Insurance must be issued at the time of order/shipment. If you have any questions, please reach out. For orders with insurance, we will need to follow the specific carrier's required procedures for claims, and may request your cooperation.

Do you have any jewelry care suggestions?

Please treat your jewelry with love & care. Not recommended for children under 12. All plated jewelry may naturally fade with wear, which is expected. To prolong plating, shine, and finish on all components, including those labeled waterproof or tarnish-free, follow the care instructions included with every order. General care: avoid moisture/chemicals, all sprays, do not drop, and remove jewelry before sleep or physical activity. Even with proper care, fading (and tarnishing on non-stainless items) may still occur due to individual skin chemistry or allergic reactions. A protective sealant may help. We ship all items as described and cannot be responsible for damage or wear occurring after delivery due to improper care.

How do I know which size bracelet, anklet, or necklace to get?

Please measure to find the best fit. Wrap a loose string or chain around your wrist, ankle, or neck at the point where you want the finished piece to fall, leaving some extra space (do not wrap tightly). Then measure length. Our lengths include the clasps and end rings. We cannot be responsible for fit due to incorrect measurements you have selected. For certain chains, such as the paperclip style, an exact length may not be achievable. If needed, lengths will be rounded to the nearest 1/8” to 1/4”. Please select a size where this small adjustment won’t significantly affect your fit. If you require an exact length, please contact us *before* ordering, and and we’ll confirm if your request is possible before cutting your chain.

For necklaces: The selected chain length *does not* include the carabiner, which measures approximately 3/4" x 3/8".
For bracelets: The selected length *includes* the carabiner and represents the total bracelet length.
• Clasp: Carabiner

Clasp Note: The carabiner is elegant and fully functional; the knob twists open and acts as the clasp for this necklace, and also allows you to add charms if desired. If you'd like a lobster clasp added at the back, with a 2" (5 cm) extension for putting it on or taking it off without using the carabiner, please leave a note at checkout. Not all customers prefer this option, so it's only added by request.

Adding your own charms: The carabiner’s standard opening fits all of our charms (with 1 - 1.2mm gauge jump rings) and up to ~1.7 mm gauge. Jump rings should be at least 6mm in diameter, or larger for some stylized charms. Contact us before purchasing with any compatibility questions.
