🟧 How to Order Your Custom Pattern Matboard

Step 1: Choose Frame Size
Select the mat size to match your picture frame. If you’re using your own frame, just check that the mat fits the glass opening. (For example, if your frame is 8x10", order an 8x10" mat for a perfect fit.)

Step 2: Personalization Details
Tell us the artwork or photo paper size for the opening. Specify the number of pattern choice.
Ordering a double mat? Indicate which color or pattern will be on top, and which underneath.

Examples:
- Single mat: “5x7 photo, Blue Floral pattern #5”
- Double mat: “8x10 photo. Top: #6, Bottom: #12”

We’ll make the window slightly smaller than your artwork size so the mat neatly overlaps your photo by 1/8". Please provide the *exact* size for your artwork.

🟧 Double Mat Options:
The accent mat (bottom layer) will show 1/4" reveal by default. Want extra spacing? Let us know your preferred width when ordering, or reach out with a message.

Didn’t see the exact size listed?
- Measure the longest artwork side and reference our size chart.
- Choose any mat size that’s equal to or larger than your photo/art.
- In the notes, write your exact artwork dimensions (e.g. “Need mat window 11x7”).

We’ll precision-cut every mat for your order—no extra fees, no delays!

Examples:
- Art is 11x7 → Order: 11x11 mat, Note: “Window 11x7”
- Art is 18x21 → Order: 18x24 mat, Note: “Window 18x21”

If no mat size matches, pick the next closest size up for both width and height.
