Does stainless steel darken?

As the name implies, this type of steel has a strong resistance to oxidation. However, to better preserve it, I recommend that you follow the jewelery care instructions.

Find the perfect size for your bracelet or anklet. Place a cotton thread around your wrist or ankle and make a mark where the ends meet. Measure the wire with a ruler and find your exact measurement. Alternatively you can use a tape measure. If the measurements indicated do not match yours, you can send a message with your exact size to customize your jewelry!

Can I exchange or return a customized product?

No. As the customized products are made to measure for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. If you want exchange an item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. You have 14 days to return your order. You must send unused products in the original packaging to our address with a tracking number. Custom orders are not accepted for exchange. Buyers are responsible for shipping, tracking and shipping costs of the exchanged products.

Jewelry care instructions:

1. Remove jewelry when going to seawater, bathing or swimming. 2. Avoid contact with creams, perfumes, shampoo or abrasive chemicals. 3. Keep them in the packaging.

To maintain the look and shine of the jewelry, clean the pieces with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid placing jewelry in contact with rough surfaces so as not to scratch.

My order has not been received. How to proceed?

All orders are shipped by registered mail so you can follow the shipping process. Always confirm that your shipping address is correct. If you provide a wrong address, maybe the order will be returned to my address, in which case I can resend it, as soon as the shipping costs are paid again. If, during transport, the order is lost or not received, we will not be responsible for any refund of the product value or shipment of a new product. We also follow the shipping process so we will try to help you understand the location of the order to resolve the situation in a positive way.

How to energetically clear crystals:

Energy cleaning can be done with running water at home, in the river or in the sea (use this option only with silver stainless steel). Dry energy cleaning can be done with the stones on a druse or on a selenite stone. Energize the crystals, you can place them for a few hours in the sun, on the full moon or applying reiki.
