Where is the product that I’ve just purchased?

Once you complete your purchase, you can download the file instantly. You will receive an automatic email from Etsy in your email account containing your download link. Please click on that link for download. In case you dind’t receive the email, check your spam folder first or visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases to access all the product you have purchased directly. I only received a PDF file!

The file containing the product is too big to be uploaded to Etsy directly. That is why you will receive a PDF which contains a “HERE” button hyperlink for you to click on that will redirect you to your file transfer. Please download the files there.

Can I still use the mockup without Photoshop?

Our mockups were created in Photoshop to be used in Adobe Photoshop desktop version. You might be able to use other similar programs but we cannot guarantee full functionality and/or compatibility, nor provide support for softwares other than Photoshop. In case you cannot use Photoshop, there is an online and free alternative (photopea.com) that you can use, but keep in mind that daGama Studio to not offer support regarding Photopea. You can always use a free online version of Photoshop using this link: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/photoshop

Custom and personalized orders

No. The purchase of our products gives you access to a commercial license, allowing you to use them to showcase your artworks, designs or images on social media, blog, Etsy shop or any other platform. However, you cannot resell, redistribute or use parts of our products as your own ans sell them.

Do I get a refund if I ask? What about support?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to discuss and address your concerns. Feel free to send us a message and we will work on a solution. We generally do not offer refunds for digital products as they cannot be turned back. Please have a good look on our listing images and descriptions before purchasing any of our products. They are showcased in the most transparent way and all the details are on the description so you get all the information you need before making a decision. In case you’re having any kind of trouble with the product, contact us so we can offer you the support you need regarding download and use in Photoshop.

Why do the colors look different when I drag my designs into the mockup?

Our mockups use the sRGB color profile for web. When you drag your design into the smart object, the color must remain the same. If that is not the case, it is because you are probably using another color profile (e.g., proPhotoRGB). We recommend you to convert your images to sRGB or Adobe RGB to avoid compatibility issues and avoid the same problem with your own customers by ensuring color accuracy.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. As mentioned in the description and Etsy’s category, all our products are digital and no physical item will be shipped. Custom and personalized orders The mockups were not crafted to be used in this software and we, once again, do not offer support nor guarantee full functionality and/or compatibility regarding it. The JPG file can be used in programs like Canva, however, it does not have automatic placement or layers for your artwork like photoshop. You will need to prepare the perspective and placement of your design manually. So please do this on your own responsibility since we only offer support for Photoshop.
