Clean and dry the surface thoroughly before applying the sticker for the best adhesion. Waterproof stickers are versatile and can add a touch of personality to a wide range of items and surfaces.

Do you do custom sizes?

YES! Unfortunately my printer will only print on 8.5"x11" paper so if the size you are looking for is bigger than that, you can still reach out. We can discuss third party vendors, or other options I know people with bigger printers that can help. Price will go up. I can also be talked into selling the digital file

What Materials are used?

Koala Sticker Paper (Glossy and Matte) Wei Lui Transparent La Llama Laminate - though this is being phased out and a new one is being tested will update (october 2025)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend taking the following steps: 1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout. 2. Check with neighbors or household members to see if it was received on your behalf. 3. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier with the tracking number for more details. 4. Wait 48 hours, as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early. If your package is confirmed lost and was not marked as delivered, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you file a claim or offer a resolution when possible.

What if I didn’t receive my order or it arrived damaged?

If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please message me within 100 days of the delivery date. Etsy’s case system only allows claims within that window. After that, I’ll still do my best to help just reach out with your order number and details.

Shipping & Tracking Information

To keep shipping affordable, many sticker orders ship via USPS letter mail. This method does not always include reliable tracking, and tracking updates may be limited or delayed. Most orders arrive within normal USPS delivery times. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.
