Letter mail marked "delivered", BUT it has NOT arrived yet?

—Pitney Bowes "tracking" is an 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 and not 100% accurate. —Letter mail with labels do NOT get scanned at receipt or delivery and are ONLY scanned by automated sorting machines. —As a result, mail marked “delivered” when it has NOT arrived usually means the envelope has arrived to your local post office. So, it should be delivered within 5 business days.

—Currently, processing time is 2-7 days. —I process and ship Monday-Friday. NOTE: —The processing and shipping date range is an estimation. It is calculated by Etsy and is NOT guaranteed. —If you need your order by a certain date, please message me to purchase Priority Shipping instead of the standard First-Class option.
