2. Select necklace length from 14 in. to 22 in. The length of the necklace includes the length of the charm. So, if you order a 20 inch chain, the piece will come as CHAIN + CHARM = 20 inches

4. Add the item to your cart.
5. Check out to place your order.
6. To place order for multiple items go back to the start and repeat steps 1 to 4 for each item then check out to place your order.

Items are made of Sterling Silver and are made to order. The making process of your order starts within 12 hours and it ships within 1-3 days.

For non-personalized orders; please contact me within 7 days as of receiving the item, I can provide refund for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. I charge a 15% restocking cost since all my items are made to order. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days as of delivery. The customer pays for shipping for an exchange.
For Personalized orders; I do not accept returns and neither do I refund unless there is a making defect. Likewise, the defects caused by user error cannot result in a refund.
