The seller initially instructed me to 'refuse delivery or return the item.' Due to a sudden family emergency, I was traveling when the package arrived and could not refuse it. I immediately returned the item unopened to the New Jersey address printed on the original shipping envelope, providing tracking proof. However, three weeks after their initial instruction—and after I had already shipped the return—the seller retroactively provided a new return address in London and demanded a detailed note be included inside the package. Issuing new, contradictory return instructions after the buyer has already complied with the original directive is unreasonable and obstructs the refund process.

We made this piece with a simple oval and a raised engraving of the Virgin Mary. With a textured finish on the front of the pendant and a smooth finish on the reverse.

Model is wearing a 20" chain. We can make whichever length you require but we make the 20" the standard length unless otherwise mentioned.

The chain includes a 3cm extension cable so you can adjust it yourself.

I use a production assistant, Lindsey who I have worked with for 5 years. We are both on the same page and are focused on sustainability and unique designs to bring the design to life. Whilst we use a production assistant, all of our designs are based on our drawings and designs which we have built with our own ideas.
