What printing method is used?

Our shirts and sweaters are printed with the high quality and durable Direct-To-Garment (DTG) process. Generally, with proper care, DTG prints can last for a long time without fading or cracking. It’s not uncommon for a well-maintained DTG-printed shirt to last for several years.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, you can specify a personal gift message, this will then appear on the packing slip.

Why does my new T-shirt / Sweatshirt smell like vinegar?

When unboxing a new shirt or sweatshirt with a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) print, you may detect a vinegar-like smell. This is entirely normal and comes from a fixative applied during the printing process to help the ink bond to the fabric. Please rest assured that this odor is temporary and will disappear after the first wash. The fixative is a standard industry practice and ensures the quality and longevity of the design.

The description said Zip Hoodie, so I was surprised when I received a hoodie without a zipper. This is the way the seller lists both zip and no zip, under the description zip hoodie with additional drop menus. They did offer a solution which would have cost me extra $ so I will try to order as local as possible from now on.
