This item was delayed due to USPS. This wonderful creator offered to remake the item at no charge due to the shipping delay. Fortunately, it finally did arrived. No remake was needed.

Absolutely amazed with how their customer service ! I’m wearing my locket everyday and not taking it off. They were super kind, nice, responsive, and understanding. Definitely satisfied! Keep in mind that the locket is small (I got the classic) but that’s what I wanted. I wanted a dainty necklace. So check measurements that way you’re not surprised. The chain is also dainty but you can also place your own chain if you prefer thicker. Like I said, I prefer dainty jewelry because I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing anything. Bulky jewelry gives me anxiety. I wanted something that I don’t ever take off. Very very happy with my decision & my overall experience with this company!
