After you have placed your order we will send you the questionnaire , so please send as much detail as possible so that we may understand your specific vision for your logo. Alternatively you can message us directly after placing your order.

Once all details are checked and the design brief is on our system we will begin work on producing the logo and other assets (depending on package selected) and the initial proofs will be sent back to you within the next 24 business hours. We will collaborate with you on any revisions that you may need in order to get your logo to the perfect stage for finalization.

Once you are 100% happy with the final designs we will send you a Google Drive link to download all the files, either through the messenger app or via email whichever you prefer.
