a gorgeous silver domed ring designed by Finnish designer Jorma Laine for a company called Kultateollisuus Ky. it's made in 830 silver and fully hallmarked for 1971 in Turku city, Finland. it's quite sturdy, has some patina and some minor scratching. the band is medium wide and is intentionally split for some amount of adjustability. it would not easily be adjusted, however, but might be helpful for those of us who panic a bit with wider bands. lovely piece, Scandinavian style. the dome section must be hollow but sturdy and fairly weighty.
