Rotate your rug every 6–12 months to balance out wear and sun exposure. Keep away from damp areas to prevent moisture buildup. 🚫 Cleaning Tips Our rugs are handwoven with natural fibers, so please avoid chemical-based detergents or cleaners that may cause color fading or fiber weakening. If you spill something, blot (don’t rub) immediately with a clean cloth. For mild stains, use a tiny amount of gentle soap mixed with water — always test in a small corner first.

Looking for something made just for your home? We create bespoke rugs in any size, color, or pattern — tailored perfectly to your space. Available shapes: rectangular, round, runner, or custom designs. Timeline will be conveyed before commencement of production, depending on design complexity. Each order includes pre-approval of colors and the design before weaving begins. Please note: since custom rugs are handcrafted for you, they are non-returnable. 🎁 Packaging We treat every rug like a work of art — it’s carefully packed in three protective layers (plastic wrap, 2 layers of burlap cover).

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours of order placement. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready to ship and made to order rugs, you will get to know the return policy for each rug on the product page itself. We donot accept returns for custom made rugs. To qualify, the rugs must not be custom made, it should be either from the ready to ship category or the custom made category and: The rug must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and the refund is processed after due inspection. 👉 Please contact us first before sending any return — our team will guide you step-by-step.

All measurements are taken edge-to-edge (excluding fringes). Fringes may add a few extra inches; please ask if you’d like the total length including them. Each piece is handmade, so a size variation of 1–5 inches is completely normal — it’s part of what makes every rug unique.
