📥 HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES
1. Purchase the listing
2. After payment, Etsy will send you a download link via email. It could take a few minutes to reach your inbox. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If you use Gmail, also check your ‘Social & Promotions’ tabs.
3. Alternatively, log into your Etsy account on a web browser and go to ‘Your Purchases.’
4. Click “Download Files” next to your order

⚠️ You can’t download files through the Etsy app — use a web browser like Chrome or Safari instead.

🤐 HOW TO OPEN ZIP FILES
A ZIP file is a file format used to compress files to reduce their overall size. This makes ZIP files easier and faster to download.

To open a ZIP file, you will need to ‘unzip’ it to extract the files within. Most modern operating systems (e.g. macOS or Windows) will have built-in functions that unzip the files automatically when you double-click to open the file.

If this doesn’t work on your device, you may need to use a third-party program to unzip your files. Please send us a message if you need any further help.

❌ RETURNS & SUPPORT
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
However, I’m happy to help if you run into any issues — just send me a message! 😊
