Unfortunately, due to the nature of our print-on-demand process, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed. Since production begins immediately after the order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to or cancel any orders. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As we use a print-on-demand service for all of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a valid issue, such as a damaged item, lost item, or incorrect product. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email so we can discuss a resolution. Refunds will not be issued for non-damaged items, size issues, or incorrect colors that were selected during checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your item is lost during shipping, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a replacement or discussing other possible solutions. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email for faster processing.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over shipping delays. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the postal service or courier.
