Highlights

Handpicked by SirenSaysStudio
Vintage from the 1960s
Materials: aged patina, table decor, vintage trinket dish, silver pewter tones, natural patina, cast metal candy dish, Thanksgiving display, Fall Seasonal decor, Vintage Halloween Candy Dish, Global Find, Lidded Pumpkin Box, Fall Gourd Squash

There are other oval-shaped vintage pumpkins out there, but I haven’t seen any quite like the ornate details on this cast metal squash. The charming blackened metal trinket box or container is slightly larger than our other gourds offered at almost 7” length x 5” width x almost 6” tall (to the top of the stem). The stem is made of hand shaped metal with extra detail and flourish, which is then joined with a tab into a hole in the cast metal lid - showing two processes of metal-crafting (see inside lid photo to see how they’re joined). This pumpkin will be a statement piece in any Thanksgiving table or Fall centerpiece.

— oval pumpkin box with lid is roughly 6.75” length x 5” width x 5.75” tall (to top of stem)
— a lovely blackened tarnished patina with reddish undertones. The darkened finish sets off the intricate carved details
— sold as found. wear and aging as you would expect from a hand decorated piece
— probably not food safe & for decorative use only
