How long does does it take for a product to be made, shipped and delivered?

Since all of our products are made to order, it can take between 2-7 business days for the product to be made and shipped. Once it is shipped, it might take another 2-5 business days to be delivered to your address. These are estimated time periods that help us offer a great honest service, but we do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible. You can also check the estimated delivery time on every product's page.

How do I know what size to choose? Do your products run true to size?

Every product on our shop has a picture with a size chart that will help you choose the best size for you. Please check the chart before completing the order. Our products run true to size but most of them are unisex products so they will have a regular fit. For a tight look or a larger look (similar to a dress) you should size down or up.

What printing method do you use?

We are partnering up with a printing provider in the USA and they use direct to garment technology. DTG consists of spraying ink onto garments. It's like printing on paper but on fabric. We guarantee that the design will resist to over 50 washes and it won't peel.

Do you offer customizable clothes?

Yes, we offer a large variety of custom shirts and sweatshirts. Our design lets you add your unique name, year, hobby or profession to the product. However, if you want something specific and you can't find it on our shop, feel free to send us a message and we will see what we can do.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are made to order, we can't accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure to pick the right size and color for you as well as to write your correct delivery address. However, if there are problems with the product, feel free to contact us before leaving a feedback because we will always do our best to make it right! We'll provide a refund or an exchange only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We can't offer refunds for shirts that were not washed properly.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. After that, the delivery company can take another 2-5 business days to deliver the package to your address.

We make all the designs ourselves in our small business, but we are working with a production partner, located in the United States, that prints the items for us and ships them to customers. Because of this, we do not have control over the production and shipping stage but we are here to offer you our best customer service and help you with any problem that might appear, as we are in a permanent collaboration with our production partner.

CANCELATION POLICY

We accept modifications or cancelations ONLY in the first hour upon ordering. After 1h, the order will be sent to production and changes or cancellations won’t be possible. Please double
check the size, color and design of the ordered products as well as the delivery address to avoid potential complications.

Note: For the personalized items, you’ll receive a message with a proof picture of how the product would look with your customization, before we send it to production, to ensure your approval. Once you agree, the order will be sent to production and, therefore, any modifications received after your written approval won't be taken into consideration.

RETURNS POLICY

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a production error regarding the item or a damage caused by the shipping company. If that is the case, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.
