How will my order be delivered?

Large items measuring more than 25 inches in length are typically shipped in a pallet. Please watch for calls or messages from the carrier to coordinate your delivery and arrange. Delivery is typically curbside. You may ask the driver to place the pallet in your driveway, but this assistance is not guaranteed and depends on accessibility and the carrier’s service conditions. Inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery, even if the packaging appears undamaged. To inspect your piece: Remove only the necessary boards from the top of the wooden crate. Carefully open the protective wrapping without removing the piece from the pallet. Check the piece for any damage. Keep the crate, pallet, and all packaging materials.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We’re here to help. Please contact us through Etsy within 24 hours of delivery if you discover any damage, and include clear photos of: The entire wooden crate and pallet. Any visible damage to the packaging. The product and the damaged areas. Keep the piece in its original packaging, secured to the pallet, and retain all packing materials. Avoid completely dismantling or discarding the crate, as the carrier may need to inspect it. All our shipments are insured. Reporting damage promptly and providing these photos helps us begin the shipping claim process and assist you with the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. We accept cancellation requests within the first 4 hours after purchase. Contact us through Etsy during this period, and we’ll be happy to help. *After this period, we do not accept cancellations.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not routinely accept returns. Any exception requires our prior written authorization via Etsy. In an exceptional authorized return, the customer will be responsible for shipping to our warehouse and a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied.

Will my piece have exactly the same color and veining as the photographs?

Each piece is crafted from natural stone, so the shade and distribution of the veining may vary from the photographs. Pores, small inclusions, and natural fissures are characteristic features of marble. These aesthetic variations are not considered defects or grounds for a claim.
