You are more than welcome to send me a photo you would like me to use, otherwise I can choose one I think would look good with your pendant! It’s completely up to you!
Any photo with a square ratio will fit inside my pendants. You can send me the image via Etsy DM’s or email - spookiru [!at] gmail.com 🤍

If I choose your photo, I will only be using official artwork or photography. I will NOT use another artists work, unless you specifically drew it for me to use. I will also not accept AI generated images.

You will always get a photo of your charm to sign off on before I send it off! You will have 72 hours to respond/confirm your design before I send it off to you (つ｡˃ ᵕ ˂)つ ⸝♡

Then thats it! I will send you photo updates through each of the steps to ensure your satisfaction with your product! I look forward to working with you! ₊˚⊹ ᰔ

This item also comes with a lifetime warranty! If, for whatever reason, the charm I made ends up breaking, I will fix it for FREE! Just shoot me a message and I will send you a shipping label, pack any remnants of the charm you have into a container (if any pieces are remaining) and I will fix it up and send it right back to you!
