What materials do you use for your art prints?

Our art prints are handmade and produced by InkologyUk in the UK using professional Canon pigment inks on premium 280gsm satin fine art paper. Each print is carefully prepared, checked and packed by us before dispatch to provide rich colour, fine detail and a high-quality finish.

Handle your print with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface unnecessarily. For long-term display, we recommend framing your artwork and keeping it away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Store unframed prints flat or securely rolled until you are ready to frame them.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are made to order and normally dispatched within 1–2 days. UK Standard Delivery is free and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. An Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade is available at checkout. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Etsy will show the estimated delivery date for your destination at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalised items are not normally returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us through Etsy if you have any problem with your order.
