Can I see a sample before ordering wallpaper?

Absolutely. I always recommend ordering a swatch sample first to check colours, scale, and material on your wall. Swatches are available for each design in the drop-down menu and come in a large 30" x 20" size which gives you a great idea of how the print will look in your space.

Can I use your peel and stick wallpaper in my bathroom?

Yes my peel and stick wallpaper can be used in a bathroom under certain conditions. - Firstly the wallpaper can't be in direct and consistent contact with water (such as inside a shower or right next to the bath). - Secondly, the wallpaper must be applied to a clean and dry wall otherwise it will not adhere properly and may start peeling if applied to a damp surface. - Thirdly, if you have extreme humidity or ventilation issues in your bathroom then wallpaper is not recommended. Once installed, peel and stick wallpaper is wipeable and splash proof.

Can I use your traditional wallpaper in a bathroom?

Yes my non-pasted wallpaper is suitable for bathrooms under certain conditions. - Firstly I recommend using a quality wallpaper paste suitable for paper-based non-woven wallpapers. - Secondly, the wallpaper cannot be in direct and consistent contact with water (such as inside a shower or right next to the bath). - Thirdly if you have an ventilation issues or extreme humidity in your bathroom then wallpaper is not recommended. I have had traditional wallpaper in my own bathroom for over 5 years and have not had any issues with peeling.

How should I prepare my walls for wallpaper - is there anything I need to know?

Successful wallpaper installation starts with great preparation and there are a few things to be aware of: - walls should be clean, dry and smooth with any imperfections filled and sanded as they can show through the paper. Application on textured surfaces is not recommended. - wallpaper will not stick to freshly plastered walls, these will need to be primed first - if you have walls painted with latex- or oil-based paints these will also need to be prepared with a primer coat before wallpaper can be applied. - my traditional wallpaper is not fully opaque so if your walls have a pattern or a colour this may show through the paper. I highly recommend ordering a sample first if your walls are not light-coloured to begin with.

Can I use your wallpaper on wood, kitchen cabinets or furniture?

Peel and stick wallpaper is a great option for this because there's no paste required so less mess! My wallpapers will stick to most dry, clean and flat surfaces - be sure to remove any grease or dirt first. They should not be applied to latex- or oil-based painted surfaces. Any gaps should be filled and sanded prior to application as if the surface isn't smooth and flat this can show through the wallpaper once applied. Peel and stick is opaque and patterns should not show through once applied. My traditional wallpaper, while thick and premium quality, is not 100% opaque so any existing pattern or colour underneath may still be visible after application - I recommend buying a sample or applying a white primer coat first.

Will I have to pay customs or tariffs on my order?

All tariffs, taxes and duties are included in my prices in your Etsy basket so you can relax knowing there will be no unexpected additional costs on delivery!

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

All my wallpapers are printed and cut to order, so unfortunately I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described. Please read the product description carefully before ordering and feel free to contact me with any questions. I always recommend ordering a sample to test colours and scale in your space before placing a large order. Samples are available in all product listings.

Colour matching between batches

Each wallpaper order is printed just for you, so colours can vary slightly between print runs. My manufacturer has excellent consistency and the difference is usually minimal, but if you’re working on a larger project, I recommend ordering all your rolls together with a little extra to spare to make sure the colours match perfectly.
