What is a digital product?

A digital product is something you receive online instead of a physical item — nothing is shipped to you. After your purchase, you’ll get access to your files right away. This can be a PDF, a Google Sheets template, or a link to download your product. Everything in my shop is digital — including planners, journals, and templates designed for iPad, Android devices or desktop use. If this is your first time buying a digital product, don’t worry — I’m happy to help. Just send me a message on Etsy, and I’ll guide you through it. (I'm quick to respond unless you catch me in the middle of the night in my time zone :)

How do I receive a digital product?

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive access to your digital product right away. You’ll either get: - a direct download link, or - a PDF file that includes your download links along with simple instructions on how to use your product. If you have an Etsy account, you can also find your files anytime in your Purchases section. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send your download link to the email address you used during checkout. If you can’t find your files or need help, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help.

Is there a limit on downloads?

No, there isn't. Once you've purchased the product it is always available to you to download or print out as many times as you need.

Do Google Sheets Template come as Excel files as well?

I primarily work with Google Sheets, it is simply my preferred tool. You can make files available offline as well in Google Sheets, so you don't need to always be connected to the internet. With that said, for most of my templates, especially meal planners, simply saving it as Excel won't work (unless you are very experienced with spreadsheets). Google Sheets use a slightly different logic for some functions and those need to be converted manually. I have converted some templates upon my customers' requests but I can't always guarantee that I will be able to manually convert them.

Are digital planners an app? And how come they are interactive?

Long story short, no, they're not an app or a program. They're in PDF format and you can think of them as a digital version of your physical planner. You can flip through the pages with the help of hyperlinks. My planners are intertwined with thousands of them so you never have to scroll through pages forever. I like to test their functionality as well before launching them. Note that in most PDF annotation apps like GoodNotes, Samsung Notes and Notability you need to switch to reading mode (the opposite of editing mode) to be able to click on hyperlinks. I have simple and short videos that come with the purchase of most of my iPad planners that will show you what I mean

I purchased an item with a hidden Apple ID email and didn't receive my order...

What is the resolution of the PDF template for digital planners?

In simple words, I have settled for the following. Take the size / ratio of your iPad or tablet screen and divide by two. I have tested & tried that this creates a smaller file size of a planner that will prevent it from lagging but at the same time keeps a great zooming capability for you to comfortably write in it. Every time you take a note, add a sticker or an image, you increase the size of the file. For this reason, I try to keep my planners small in file size so you're left with plenty of room to work with. That includes the number of pages as well. Most of the graphic elements are vectors so they don't lose quality when zoomed in. Some elements, of course, might be rasterized but for the most part, you will see no pixelation.

Custom and personalized orders

By default, I have set all my products as 'final'. However, since I am the creator behind all of them and have access to the files and programs needed to edit them, I am able to customize and tweak them to your liking. Again, that includes Spreadsheets and Digital Planners and Journals. So far I have tweaked my products for my customers within 2 days, free of charge. I don't consider smaller requests as custom orders, all I want is that my customers are happy and my products make their lives a bit easier. All that depends on my availability. So far I have received rather small requests to adjust the original templates. If I get too busy or the request is rather big, we will have to find a workaround :)

I chose this template for my very first digital journal and I have to say that I am more than thrilled! I use Noteful in the app and everything can be navigated wonderfully. Although everything is very clear and therefore self-explanatory, there are very helpful tutorials. The beautiful and numerous pre-made pages round off the whole perfectly. I would like a slightly more colorful and less simple variant for next year, but this is "criticism" (which is actually not supposed to be) at the highest level. Thank you for letting me have such a great first experience with journaling through your template. Absolute recommendation (for the almost too low price) <3
