How do I choose the right size?

We use a relaxed, universal sizing chart. You can find detailed measurements in each product description. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, loose fit. Feel free to contact us via Etsy.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are made from soft, breathable natural fabrics such as cotton muslin, waffle cotton, flannel cotton and other cotton-based materials. We choose lightweight and comfortable fabrics that feel gentle on the skin and are perfect for sleep, lounging and everyday home comfort.

How to wash? If need iron?

Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on gentle cycle. It is very important to iron it after washing.

Can I choose another length?

Yes! We can customize sleeve length, robe length, or add embroidered initials. Please message us before placing your order for custom requests.

Can I order like a gift?

Absolutely! Our robes and sets make perfect gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, Mother’s/Father’s Day, or just to treat yourself or a loved one. Gift wrapping is available upon request — just leave a note at checkout.

How much time takes delivery?

Orders are shipped from Ukraine within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note! When trying on the bathrobe, the size should be loose. After the first wash and ironing, the fabric of the bathrobe shrinks by 5-7%.

How can I return the order?

Please note our return policy: — Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us with clear photos of the damage. — We do not accept returns if: • The item arrived later than expected (unfortunately, we cannot control shipping delays); • You no longer need the item. In that case, if you'd still like to return it, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
