How do I access my instant downloadable files on Etsy?

On your desktop, you can download your files by following these steps: 1. Click your profile or account picture in the top right corner of the screen. 2. From the drop-down menu, select "Purchases". 3. On your Purchases page, you’ll see a "Download Files" button next to your order.

How do I edit my templates?

1. After you download your file, open the PDF and click the “Access Your Canva Templates” button. 2. When Canva opens, click “Edit template.” 3. Click on any text box to update names, dates, or other details. 4. To edit a design element (like a shape or image), click on it, then click the lock icon to unlock it.

You can edit everything—text, colors, icons, backgrounds, and more. Some design elements may be temporarily locked in place to help keep things tidy, but you can unlock/ungroup them to make changes and move things around.

How do I print the templates?

OPTION 1: Print through Canva • Canva offers printing services for an extra fee (not included in your purchase). • This is the easiest option, especially for items like tote bags, tumblers, magnets, and stickers. OPTION 2: DIY Printing • Use high-quality cardstock for a polished and professional look. • Set printer to “Best Quality” for sharp colors and clean text. • Match paper type in printer settings (matte, glossy, etc.) • Print a test page first to check layout and colors before printing in bulk. • Use a paper cutter for crisp, straight edges. • Let ink dry fully before cutting or stacking. • Save your design as a PDF Print to preserve layout and resolution better than PNG or JPG formats.

What if the text I want to add doesn’t fit properly within the design?

You may need to resize or rearrange certain elements depending on what edits you want to make. If you ever feel like you need help, please reach out to me! I want to make sure you love your designs and that the process is as smooth as possible.

What should I do if a design element has a watermark or if the template uses Canva Pro fonts?

If a design element has a watermark or the template uses Canva Pro fonts, it means a Canva Pro subscription is required to use it without restrictions. I try to use only free elements, and I include a disclaimer in the item description if the template includes Canva Pro fonts or design elements. You have two options: 1. Upgrade to Canva Pro to remove watermarks and access all fonts and design elements. 2. Reach out to me, and I’ll be happy to help!

How do I print double-sided cards?

I recommend downloading your Canva template as a PDF (Best for Printing). 1. Open your design in Canva. 2. Click Share → Download. 3. Under File Type, choose to download as PDF Print. 4. Make sure All Pages (1-2) are selected, so you get both front and back. 5. Click Download. Print Steps: 1. Open the PDF on your computer and click File → Print. 2. In your printer settings: - Select Actual Size or 100% Scale. - Choose "Double-Sided" in the printer settings. - Set the number of copies you want to print (10 cards = 10 copies). - Print on cardstock for best results.

How do I print a tapestry?

I recommend creating a free account with Printify.com. 1. From your dashboard, click Create product. 2. Choose Indoor Wall Tapestries under the Home & Living category. 3. Click "Start designing". 4. Upload the PNG tapestry file you downloaded from Canva. 5. Click "Select variants" and choose the 68 x 80 in size. 6. Save your product. You do not need to connect a store to order it. 7. Click "My products" on the left side of your dashboard. 8. Find your tapestry and click the "Create order" icon. 9. Enter your shipping details, complete payment, and wait for your tapestry to arrive! Need a little extra help? I’ve got a step-by-step video tutorial you can follow along with.
