✦ HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES ✦

After purchasing your product, it will be available for instant download in your Etsy account. On PC: Click on your account in the top right corner of Etsy, and go to Purchases and Reviews. Scroll down to the relevant order and click the “Download Files” button on the right hand side. Depending upon the product you purchased, you will receive either a zipped folder containing your ready to use files, OR a PDF containing links and instructions on how to access your templates. On Phone or Tablet/iPad: Etsy doesn’t allow file downloads via the app. Go to www.etsy.com through the browser on your device and follow the same steps as for PC. If you are struggling with downloading or accessing your files please send me a message.

✦ EDITING FILES ✦

WHAT CAN BE EDITED? If you have bought an editable template, the following can be edited: TEXT: change the wording to suit your needs. You can also edit the font, style, size, colour and placement. DESIGN: move elements around in the document to suit your needs. COLOUR: most objects/backgrounds can be recoloured to suit your branding needs. ADDITIONS: in most cases space has been left for you to add your own logo and business information. WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED? For editable templates, size and orientation cannot be altered. If you have purchased a ‘printable’ design you will receive non-editable files and no edits can be made. These products are intended to be printed out as they are.

✦ PRINTING AT HOME ✦

Please make sure your home printer can handle the paper/cardstock you want to print on, and do a test print before printing out large quantities of files. Please be aware that due to the nature of home printers, there will be some variance in the printed colour vs. what you see on your screen. When downloading your files from Canva, select the 'PDF Print' file type for best results. All files have been produced to the highest standard and we do not accept responsibility for poor print quality. Please note that you are responsible for all text typed into the template - please double check your spelling and grammar before printing!

✦ ISSUES WITH CANVA ✦

If you are having problems with Canva it is best to seek help directly from Canva. Either visit their Help Centre by going to the Canva website and navigating to > Learn > Help Centre and select the relevant topic, or if you can’t find the what you need contact their support team. I do not work for Canva and so cannot troubleshoot any problems that arise on their website.
