Each piece is created just for you after your order is placed. We don’t keep pre-made stock, so please be sure to review our processing and shipping times before checking out.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it moves into production and can no longer be canceled. Since each item is custom-made, we truly appreciate your understanding!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all our products are custom made, we only accept returns or exchanges if the error is ours, such as sending the wrong size or color. Thank you very much for your understanding!

I want a fully refund

Please verify your addresses before paying. It is your responsibility as the client to supply the accurate address and/or unit number. Refunds or replacements are not available for packages that are misplaced or returned to us because of an incorrect address. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay for the second printing or shipment. If you would like to order a replacement (depend), I can give you a discount.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, however this also indicates that the order was sent to the Fourth Party by the USPS or specify party of countries, and will now be dispersed further. Regretfully, tracking numbers are rarely provided once the cargo has been transferred to another organization. These goods have a $10 additional shipping charge and may take up to 30 business days to arrive. If any of your addresses are in a military zone, I will get in touch with you. Please notify me if your customer has not received the order after this period, and I will look into it further.

What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect items?

If there are any broken or incorrect items in your box, please contact me right away and provide me images as evidence. After the shipment is marked as delivered, any problems must be fixed within 26 business days. I won't be able to handle the overtime problem if you contact me after that. I'd be happy to fix any issues, but I won't if no documentation is shown, if rude customers or unfavorable reviews are written before asking for help, or if issues are brought to my attention more than 26 business days after the shipment was declared delivered.
