Every Elettra piece is made to order and made to measure: nothing is pre-made. Your garment is cut and sewn from scratch, just for you.
1. Choose your usual size as a starting point.
2. Send me your measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) via Etsy messages after ordering, or in the personalization field at checkout.
3. I adapt the pattern to your measurements, then cut and sew your piece by hand in my Florence atelier.
Made-to-measure is included in the price, at no extra cost. If I don't receive your measurements within 7 days, I'll contact you via Etsy messages before starting.
SIZE & FIT
Every piece is cut to your own measurements, so no size chart is needed: just send me yours after ordering.
Between two sizes? No problem: the size is only a starting point, your pattern is adapted to your measurements before cutting.
Processing & Shipping
Made to order in 3 weeks from receipt of your measurements. Shipping from Florence, Italy: 3–7 business days (EU and worldwide).
CARE
Hand wash or gentle machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, zip closed. Don't tumble dry. Hang to dry. Iron at low temperature on the reverse to protect the embossed texture.
