Mini – 3.5 x 3.5 inches. Great for kids, hand warmers, eye masks. Most often purchased in sets of 2.
Small – 6 x 4 inches, has two sections to avoid filling from pooling to one side. Great for kids, hand warmers, eye masks, ankles, wrists, any small area. Most often purchased in sets of 2.
Medium – 7 x 7 inches. Has three sections to avoid filling from pooling to one side. Great for menstrual cramps, knees, lower back, localized pain relief.
Large (Neck Wrap) – 16 x 5 inches, has two sections to avoid filling from pooling to one side. Great for neck, shoulders, lower back, legs, large area pain relief.
Extra Large – 14 x 6.5 inches, has three sections to avoid filling from pooling to one side. Great for back, hips, legs, full coverage of one shoulder or thigh, large area pain relief.
