*Do not drop (if dropped epoxy may crack or shatter) or leave in extreme heat (cars, etc.).
*Gentle hand wash only.

If there is an issue with your ornaments please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. If the ornaments are damaged you will need to ship it back within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for scratched, dropped, or mishandling of your ornaments. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages but if this occurs, please reach out and I will assist in any way I can.
