Patches are made faux leather (leatherette) and measures as follows:
Rectangle Patches: 3 x 2 inches
Hexagon and Curved Rectangle Patches: 3 x 2 inches at the widest and highest points
Round and Square Patches: 2.5 inches

Patches are pre-stitched as presented in the patch choices image and cannot be changed.
There may be a slight color/stitch variation between patches in photos and actual patches
**If sending a logo or design, the best format is a transparent background PNG.**

How to Order:
Select Quantity and Price (either 1 Patch or a Pack of 100)
Select Shape/Color
Select your Quantity (number of single patches or number of packs of 100)

Upload your logo/design file in the Personalization Section.
If only text is desired, put desired text AND FONT CHOICE in the Personalization Section.
If you are uploading an image, then enter "IMAGE" in the Personalization Section.

Note: If you want to order multiple patches that are different, order the number you want and enter all of the information Personalization box and upload all images.
A digital proof can be made/sent upon request

Application Instructions (Iron-On):
PER PATCH MANUFACTURER
1. Place the patch where you want it.
2. Cover with a silicone heat resistant pad for best results.
3. Press with a household iron or heat press (for hats, a hat press is recommended) at medium heat (285 F) (no steam) for approx 30 to 45 seconds.
4. Let cool completely before handling.
(Sewing is optional for extra durability.)

DISCLAIMER: While I cannot attest to the adhesion quality of every single patch since I did not make them, I do take a sample from each batch and do a test iron on a cotton towel and I make sure that each patch has an even layer of factory adhesive. If, for some reason, you have issues, I will gladly replace them and do whatever I can to make the order right.
