Can you rescale models?

We can absolutely rescale our minis. Sadly some companies (cough, cough, GW) have rather abused the scales, so 28mm might actually be 28mm 'heroic'. To avoid confusion tell us how tall you want the model and we'll get it sized exactly right for you.

We print our models using premium resin. Given the nature of resin, and the sharp edges that may be present, our models are suitable only for children aged 13 and up. We take every care to remove supports, however, you may fined some 'dots'. These are analogous to mould lines you find in mainstream models and can be removed using a sharp hobby knife or file. Photo-reactive resin can become brittle in direct sunlight. To keep your models in tip-top condition please base coat them as soon as possible We take every care to ensure models are fully cured before dispatching them. However, if you find your package contains liquid please contact us immediately. If you have come into contact with uncured resin please wash your hands thoroughly

I'd like a particular mix of models, or an individual miniature from a set. Can you do that?

Absolutely! Send us a picture of the model or mix that you want and let us have clear instructions of what models you would like; we'll reply with a quote and raise a custom order for you.

I've received a broken part or I'm missing a piece

We're sorry about that. Occasionally the postie likes to test the durability of our models, or the despatch goblin is a bit absent minded. If you've got a broken part then send up a picture and we'll send you a replacement part free of charge. If you're missing a part let us know which part it and we'll get a part out to ASAP, again, free of charge.

Can I send you files to print?

Absolutely! We'll need you to send us the 3d file so we can run it through our system to get a price. Once we've done that, and you've agreed the price we can get it printed and prepped to our usual insanely high standards. Please check with the designer first however; most designers are happy for you use a 3D printing service, but some may restrict how you use the file. Please ensure that you have checked that you have the rights and that the models you send us are permissible to print under copyright. We take no responsibility for any breach of copyright or license that may arise.

I'd like to use your models as a proxy. Will they be the same scale as the models I'm proxying?

The honest answer is, we don't know. There are a great many gaming systems, a plethora of models, and a dizzying array of sizes. Generally speaking our minis are a good fit for most gaming systems, however, if you need them to a certain size then let us know - we'll make sure they're scaled to the right size.
