As already stated in the individual item descriptions, as a private seller I do not accept exchanges or returns of any items.

Please ask any questions about the item via the ETSY system before purchasing.

This does not affect the buyer's legal rights regarding the EU right of return for online purchases or the right of return in the event of serious defects in the item.

In accordance with ETSY guidelines, the buyer is solely responsible for informing themselves about the import regulations of their own country and for determining and paying any import duties/taxes that may be levied.
This currently applies in particular to buyers from the USA and China, but also applies to all other countries.

Any customs duties or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer and do not entitle them to return the item.

If the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised, or if receipt/acceptance of the goods is refused, or if the goods are not collected within the period specified by the shipping service provider, the buyer shall bear the costs of shipping and any costs incurred for the return shipment!

After checking the legality of the return shipment and receiving the goods in the same condition as they were sent, the buyer will be reimbursed solely for the purchase price of the goods, excluding any costs incurred for shipping and/or return shipping, via the ETSY system.
