How to Order:
1️⃣ Pick your frame size. It should match the size of the picture frame you’re getting. If you're using your own frame, just make sure it fits the size of the glass. If the glass fits, the mat will too. For example, if you're using an 8 x 10 frame/glass, then grab an 8 x 10 mat.

2️⃣ In the "personalization" field, let us know the size of the paper for the art/photo you’re using in the mat and pick your color. For double mats, specify which color goes on top and which one goes on the bottom.

Examples:
- Single mat order: 5 x 7 photo. Golden Brown
- Double mat order: 8 x 10 photo. Top: Forest Green, Bottom: Soft Beige

We’ll cut the mat window a bit smaller than your art size, so it overlaps the edge of the art by 1/8 inch. Please give us the exact size of the paper your artwork is on.

DOUBLE Mats:
The bottom mat is going to be 1/4 inch wide. If you want to show more of the bottom mat, just let us know with your order or drop us a message!

🛠️ How to Order a Custom Size.
Didn’t find your exact size? Just follow these easy steps:
• Find your longest side. Use it to search our size chart.
• Pick a size that’s equal or larger on both sides.
• Choose the closest fit that fully covers your artwork.
• In personalization, write your exact size (e.g., "Need 11x7").

✅ We’ll cut it exactly to your size — no extra charge, no delays!

Examples:
🖼️ Your art: 11×7 → Choose: 11×11 → Write: “Need 11×7”
🖼️ Your art: 18×21 → Choose: 18×24 → Write: “Need 18×21”

Tip: If nothing fits exactly, pick the next larger on both sides (e.g., for 13×19 → choose 16×20).

⚠️ Max size: 28×28". For larger, message us!

🛠️ How to Order Your Size in CM:
1. Convert your FRAME size from centimeters (CM) to inches using our chart below or a CM-to-inch converter.
2. Select a size from the dropdown menu that is equal to or larger than your converted size in inches.
3. Enter your exact size in centimeters (CM) in the personalization box for FRAME and for ARTWORK.
- You don't need to convert artwork size to inches because we can cut in centimeters already.

Colors might look different depending on the device or monitor you’re using. Our mat color swatches are pretty accurate, but things can look different in person.

❗️Custom mat orders are final, so we don’t do refunds or exchanges. If your mat arrives damaged, please message us with photos of the damage and the packaging.

❗️The frame is NOT included in your order. Mats will ship separately unless you buy one with a picture frame.
