The Etsy tracking doesn’t show updates for my package. What should I do?

Etsy’s tracking system doesn’t always fully integrate with the Israeli postal service, so the information might not be entirely accurate. Faster shipping options include online tracking, while standard shipping typically only shows the departure status. We’ve been using the Israeli postal service for over a decade, and it’s consistently reliable. Packages almost always arrive safely. In the rare event something goes wrong, we’ll make sure you’re fully reimbursed.

What happens if the package is returned to the seller as "unclaimed"?

If the item is undamaged, you have two choices: I can issue a refund for the item’s price (minus the shipping cost), or I can resend the package, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost again.

Are there items available that aren’t listed on Etsy?

Yes! I have hundreds of additional items that aren’t on Etsy due to the fees and charges involved in listing them. You can explore them all at www.smzartworks.com.

Few bands shaped metal the way Metallica did. These woven patches celebrate the sound that built a movement – the riffs, the attitude, the chaos. Whether it’s Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, or Kill ’Em All, each patch brings that unmistakable energy straight to your battle vest. Made to last, made to thrash.

Features:
• Officially licensed Metallica designs
• Crisp woven detail that keeps the artwork true
• Durable sew-on backing
• Bold colors that hold up through years of gigs and washes
• Artwork pulled straight from Metallica’s legendary albums

Perfect for:
• Metallica diehards and thrash lifers
• Denim jackets, vests, and stage gear
• Collectors who appreciate the classics
• Anyone who believes loud is a lifestyle

Don’t miss out on this must-have patch for any true Metallica fan. Grab yours now and ride the lightning in style!

All patches are officially licensed and strictly limited - once a design is sold out, it’s gone for good.
