Shipping Methods Free Standard Shipping - USPS First Class 3-5 Business Days Delivery USPS First Class Shipping FedEx 2 Day Delivery FedEx Overnight Shipping An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above. High value packages ship with full insuranceand tracking. A signature will be required upon delivery. International Shipping Standard - FedEx Shipping - 2-3 Business Day Delivery Important note for international buyers: You may be required to pay VAT/Import and Clearance fees before your package is delivered. Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive.
