My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please let me know and I will try my best to resolve your matter. Please take a photo of both the damaged print and/or shipping box so I can forward them to the courier company. In most cases I can offer you a replacement print.

The price you see on my Etsy shop is for prints only and frame is NOT included. (Metal prints are hang-ready so no frame is required) Please let me know if you would like a framed print and I will be happy to provide you with a quote.

I have a delivery deadline. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedite shipping is an option. Please reach out so I can provide you with an accurate quote. Alternatively, I can also contract a print lab near your location to do the printing so your print will be ready for pickup within a few business days.

How long does it take to make a custom print?

If the car have unique details such as graphics and body kit, it will take longer to create. In most cases, I can provide a 24 hours turnaround time for your custom print request. Please reach out to get an estimate.

I live in the U.S., will I need to pay import fees/duties because of the new U.S. Tariffs?

No! All our orders will be shipped and delivered to you without any surprise charges. There's no tariffs, no import fees and no duties. We have a print lab located in U.S. so your U.S. order will be printed within U.S. and ship to you domestically using USPS, UPS or Fedex.
