What format are the files in?

Our products are sent in PDF format, which can be easily accessed on any device. Some products may also include editable features, which will be noted in the product description.

How do I access my digital download after purchase?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. You can also download the files directly through Etsy under ‘Purchases’. If you have trouble accessing your download, please reach out to us.

Can I print the digital products?

Yes! You can print any of our products at home or through a print shop. Please see the individual product descriptions for the paper sizes included.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please message us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
