Custom and personalized orders

We are available of customized order. You can send us the pictures or illustration then We can start to talk about your dream piece. For our products, it is also possible to change the center stone, side stones and materials. If you have any ideas for our products, please let us know. For custom designed orders, additional fees might apply.

Can I change my address once an order is placed?

We do not suggest to do that since the address is not verified by etsy if your package gets lost during transit we are not responsible for it . Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the purchase. For returns, packages must be shipped within 7 days of receipt and provided with a tracking number. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items are required personal sizing and metal for you, I am not able to issue full refunds. If you return the product for personal reasons (no quality issues with the product) A handmade fee of 30% of the order total will be deducted. For custom orders: Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, Including engraved items and Plus size rings (Over 9.5US or Less than 3.5US)

Notice on Gold Jewelry Orders

Dear customers, due to the recent rise in gold prices, our raw material costs have increased sharply. Some of our gold jewelry listings may not have been updated in time to reflect the latest prices. If you place an order for a piece made with 9k/10k/14k/18k gold, we’ll double-check the current gold cost before production. In rare cases where the listed price is below cost, we’ll kindly contact you to discuss a small price adjustment (typically $50–$400 USD). If you prefer not to proceed, no worries at all — we’ll be happy to help you cancel the order with a full refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we update our prices. Production Time: Since all rings are handmade according to orders, it takes about 13-15 working days (excluding weekends) to make, and 5-8 working days to arrive.

Cancellation of order

Yes, we accept order cancellations. Customers can cancel their orders unconditionally within 24 hours of order commencement, with no fees. For orders cancelled after 24 hours, a 20% handmade fee will be charged on the refund; for orders cancelled after 7 days, a 40% customization fee will be charged on the refund.

Please note: the sizing may slightly vary by jeweler. I use standard US ring size. All Sizes available in 3.5 US--9.5US (Ring size available in full, half eternity and quarter sizes; Please confirm your size before ordering.)Larger and smaller sizes are available.please contact us first.

How do I care for my jewelry?

It is important to properly care for simulated diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years. Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone. Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Do you offer warranty? What is it like?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All repairs within 30 days of purchase. Warranty does not include: The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear. Theft or loss of the ring. Please note that all jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especial prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance.

We provide expedited order service, it takes about 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) to complete the ring, and 3-5 working days to arrive, if you are in a hurry to get the ring, please contact me.
