How to access my template?

After your purchase, you will receive a PDF file that contains the direct link to your Canva template. This file will be available to download under your Etsy account’s "Purchases and Reviews" section. ⚠️ IF YOU CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST You must open Etsy in a web browser (not the app) and log in using the email address you used at checkout. Once logged in, go to Purchases and Reviews to access and download your file. ⚠️ IF YOU CHECKED OUT using “SIGN IN WITH APPLE” The same process applies, you’ll receive a PDF under Purchases and Review section. However, sometimes Etsy may mask your real email address, which could prevent the file from being delivered automatically. If that happens, Just message me on Etsy and I’ll send you the files ♥️

Can you help me edit the file?

What CAN and CAN'T be edited?

You can change : ✨ Most text — including wording, font, color, size, and placement ✨ Move or delete some elements within the template ✨ Change the song or even upload your own You can't change : ⚠️ The size or orientation of the template ⚠️ The Intro Page (this is fixed) But if there’s something special you’d really love to personalize, just message me. I’ll do my best to help!

Is the template available in other languages?

Currently, the template is only available in English, including all instructions PDF. But don’t worry — you can still manually replace the text with your own language if you're familiar with Canva. Just keep in mind that pre-written text, guides, and help files are all in English. If you need a little help editing in your language, just message me.

Why I can't see the editable text on the template? Why it's just a plain background.

Just simply swipe the template on the next page, so you can see the editable text which exactly the same as advertised on our shop. Thank you!
