Delivery/Transit Time

Based on our shipping experience, it usually take min. 10-15 days to US, Australia, UK, Europe and 7-12 days to Asia Countries. You can refer to the actual tracking result on our Etsy Shop homepage.

Can I cancel my order before shipment?

We do not accept any order cancellation usually after we send out the Order Confirmation message to you because your orders have already been sent for processing. However, we can cancel your order if it is not picked up by the courier man. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel an order that has been on its transit to you.

Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is taking too long?

We do not accept cancellation for orders which have been shipped to avoid buyers who take advantage on Sellers. We do hope that you can understand, the delivery & transit time is very much depends on the flight schedules, and also the processing time taken by your local custom office/processing centers/post service company. We have no control over any of these parties involved in handling your parcel delivery. Please contact us if you have any question about the delivery, we will try our best to assist you to check with our local post service. Buyers should track your parcel and contact your local post service and contact us immediately if you find any unusual tracking result.

What if the parcel tracking shows "delivered" but I do not receive it?

We encourage buyers to track your parcel always. You can contact us immediately if you do not receive it or contact your local post service to find out more information. If the post service can provide proof of receipt, we will not be able to refund you.

the item is useless, it doesn't get hard. I've left it drying over a week and its still has a rubbery feel and I broke it easily by pulling it appart

Hi, most probably you have added something to the clay, or your weather/temperature affects it to cure. You can check out other buyers' review (Iamanartist on 21 Nov, 2025 below), others do not have such problem at all. So far, we got all good response and repeat customers for this metallic air dry clay. If the clay quality is not good, we doubt there would be repeat customers??
